The Q-Partner Building Block approach is the selection of training modules that are best suited to the organization to provide the foundation for current strategic improvement initiatives.

Q-Partner Building Blocks deal with specific quality topics (QSM, LEAN, SIX SIGMA tools and techniques) and allow participants to have access to experienced and qualified quality professionals.

How the program works?

Join the IQ-VIP club (annual fee)
Submit your Q-Partner Building Block Plan (On the submission of your Q-Partner Building Block plan your organization automatically receives a discount of 10% for all IQ9000 Ltd. 2 day and 5 day training courses.)
A schedule is confirmed and agreed with your organization for the delivery of the Q-Partner Building Blocks, as well as establishing the performance measures.
On completion of each Q-Partner Building Block module your organization receives reward points for further discounts, bonus resources and services.
Your Q-Partner Building Block involvement is tracked with before and after measures, as well as follow up to ensure benefits are realized.

IQ9000 Ltd can assist you to identify Q-Building Blocks that would be beneficial and provide a roadmap for ongoing process improvement as well as the performance metrics / goals.

Q-Partner Building Blocks modules can be provided on or off site to suit your organization and groups can be as small as one or two to a max of ten.

Fees for IQ-VIP Club Members are $600.00 per Q-Partner Building Block (More than 5 participants requires an additional $75.00 per participant)

Fees for Non -IQ-VIP Club Members are $1,000.00 per Q-Partner Building Block (More than 5 participants requires an additional $125.00 per participant)

ISO 9001:2008 Information Session

The new standard is out for ISO 9001:2008. There are some important changes in the new standard. IQ9000 Ltd. Is preparing an information session on how these new changes will affect your company. This session will answer the following questions:

What do we need to do to maintain ISO certification?
When do these changes come into effect?
How can we ensure a smooth transition?
What is continual improvement of the quality system and how make that happen?

Lean and Six Sigma tools are an extention of quality improvement principles that are over 100 years old. While Lean was defined in the 1980's as part of the Toyota Production System it's roots go back to Poor Richard's Almanac and even further. Six Sigma also has deep roots as it is a progression of the Plan-Do-Check-Act pattern that was defined by Walter A. Shewhart in his work in the 1920's and 1930's. This was later expanded upon by W. Edwards Deming in the 1930's and 1940's in his work with Ford Motor Company, and the Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers.
