Consulting

We provide a wide range of consulting services including Six Sigma projects, Lean manufacturing campaigns, Quality Management Systems development and implementation, ISO9001 and others, as well as people development. Our consulting services are provided by experienced professionals: Six Sigma Black Belt, QMS ISO9000 Principal Auditor.

Training

We provide comprehensive training programs for our customers, from one day classes to five day courses. Training sessions are led by experienced professionals with extensive practical knowledge in the field. Training materials are developed for clarity and simplicity while providing all the technical knowledge required so training can immediately be put to practical use. We also offer customized on site training to fit your needs. We offer the following regular public and on site training programs:

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt (2 days)
• Six Sigma Green Belt (5 days)
• ISO9001 Internal Auditor (2 days)
• ISO9001 Lead Auditor (5 days)

Auditing

We provide auditing services performing internal audits and supplier audits. Audits can be performed using your documentation and to your procedures using any criteria or standard. The audits are planned, prepared, performed and reported in line with ISO19011 guidelines for management system auditing.
